Building a building. Simple right? Not when what you're building needs to seamlessly mesh with its surroundings, be energy efficient, last an extremely long time...and at the end of the day, it needs to be a place people want to be. Luckily we have the Manager of Facilities Construction Services at the City of Kingston, Jeff Rempel, to passionately explain the thousands of variables, considerations and tough choices that go into our energy efficient municipal construction as the City chases its Net Zero building goals.
