In this episode, City of Kingston Housing Administrator Joanne Borris tells us more about how Kingston’s homelessness system weathered, but more importantly learned, from COVID-19 and the Belle Park Encampment. We’ll examine the next steps for the system including the Integrated Care Hub, homelessness system review and encampment protocols.
